Joe Hepp

Joe has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in originating, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity for all property types, with over $1 billion of transaction experience. Some notable transactions include the acquisition financing of a $125 million value-add office/data center property in South Florida and multiple $20 -$50 million financings throughout the Southeast United States. Prior to joining StackSource, Joe held different roles at a few boutique mortgage banking firms located in South Florida. During this tenure, he sourced debt and equity and was responsible for some of the largest financing transactions within these firms. Joe received his BS in Finance and Economics from Regis University, located in Denver CO. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida, and previously held his Series 7 and 63 licenses. He remains active in his community, serving as a past board member, and subsequently as the chairman of the Delray Beach Housing Authority. He resides in South Florida with his wife of 25 years and has two children.
