What is SXSW known best for at this point? The massive music festival will showcase over 2000 performers this year including , the film festival will display over 100 films, and there are full festivals dedicated to Comedy, Gaming, and Interactive.

Within that Interactive festival, there are multiple tracks and conferences. The Startup & Tech Sectors Track is headlined by the SXSW Accelerator Pitch Event, an opportunity for top startups across several verticals to show the world what they’re up to. Out of more than 600 companies that applied to the event, StackSource was selected for a minute of fame at SXSW on March 11 for the Fintech category.

Some amazing companies have gone before us on this track at SXSW, like Kabbage (small business lending), Tango (video calling), Siri (of Apple fame), and TubeMogul (online video advertising).

We’re looking forward to sharing with the Interactive festival that we’re working to streamline the commercial mortgage process, kick out old-school brokers who thrive off an opaque model, and make the debt capital markets work for everyone in commercial real estate.
