14-Unit Multifamily, Quick Close
StackSource recently arranged financing for the refinance of a stabilized 14-unit multifamily in Portland, Oregon. Capital Advisor Michael Coffee secured the low-LTV loan request. While preparing to fund, escrow discovered that a code enforcement lien had recently been filed against the property. To preserve the rate lock, Michael was able to help negotiate a solution that allowed to close with the lien in place. This deal was a team effort with StackSource, escrow, the property manager, and the lender all working together to help this experienced investor.
