StackSource closed a cash-out refinancing for a 31-unit rental portfolio located in Atlanta, GA. The loan proceeds were used to buy out equity partners on the deal. Capital Advisor, Andrew Bouton, was able to negotiate a 4.75% fixed rate for 10 years based on a 25-year amortization with no intangible taxes and no prepayment penalties for this Georgia based investment group.
