StacksSource recently arranged an $865,000 cash out loan of a 7-door single family residential portfolio located in the Atlanta MSA. The properties were unencumbered, and the borrower wanted to recapture their equity for future investment opportunities. This out-of-state borrower required a non-recourse product to reduce their personal exposure. Capital Advisor, Andrew Bouton, worked with a national private equity firm who offered a non-recourse facility with a 10-year term based on a 30-year amortization schedule. The loan was priced at 2.40% over the 10-year Swap rate which equated to a final rate of 3.97%.
