StackSource successfully sourced an 80% LTV portfolio acquisition loan for an individual investor consisting of 1-4 unit residential properties all located in Brownwood, TX, roughly 150 miles NW from Austin.  Capital Advisor Chris Peters arranged financing from a local TX credit union and secured a 15-year term, 30-year amortization loan with a 3.875% interest rate fixed for the first 5 years that will reprice to Prime + 0.625% for each of the two subsequent 5-year terms with no prepayment penalty.
