StackSource successfully closed a $4,040,000 refinance for a 25-door SFR and Multifamily investment portfolio, of which 23 properties are located in Chicago and 2 properties are located in Florida.  The borrower was able to obtain non-recourse financing at 75% LTV with a 30 year amortization and capitalized on the recent drop in interest rates.
