The property consists of 3 buildings totaling 60,000 SF of office and medical laboratory space. The tenant, Immucor, is a partner to thousands of hospitals, reference laboratories and donor centers and are involved in the science of transfusion and transplantation diagnostics. They have been at the location since the late 90’s and have received FDA site approval. The cash-out will be used to cover an upcoming tax liability for 2019. Capital Advisor, Andrew Bouton, was able to negotiate a 4.45% fixed rate for 5 years with a 5-year renewal option based on a 25-year amortization and a 75% LTV.
