StackSource recently arranged bridge financing for the acquisition and redevelopment of a historic office property in Dallas, Texas. The sponsors plan to convert the 17 floors of office space to 238 residential multifamily units, while the basement and the ground floor will be converted to retail use. The subject property was built in 1958 and comprises over 180,000 square feet. Senior Managing Director, Beth Mercante, and Senior Director Zach Wagner arranged the senior debt.
