Detroit 7 SFR Refi
StackSource successfully arranged financing for a portfolio of five single-family rental properties located in the Detroit metro area. The investor, a real estate professional also located in the Detroit area, had acquired the properties over several years and was seeking a refinance to pull out equity and lock in a 30-year fixed rate. The investor will use the cash out proceeds to continue to build out their investment portfolio. StackSource Director Chris Peters secured the 30-year fixed-rate loan from a national private lender that provided a 75% LTV cash-out refinance with a 30-year fixed-rate at 5.75%.
