StackSource recently arranged acquisition financing for a Maryland based investor that is expanding their investment portfolio by acquiring a 100% occupied 6-unit apartment building in Baltimore.  The 6 units property features three studios and three 1-bedroom apartments.  StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters was able to secure an acquisition loan from a regional bank lender that provided an 80% LTV loan with a 10-year fixed rate at 3.99%, 20-year amortization and a $250 flat lender origination and doc fee.
