StackSource recently arranged financing for an eight-unit multifamily in Hillsboro, Oregon. Capital Advisor Michael Coffee secured the deal for this first-time multifamily investor. The property was mostly stabilized which allowed the opportunity to obtain attractive long-term debt, while the investor still had some upside in the rents. Since this was a first-time investor, StackSource was able to provide referrals to the client for property managers and insurance providers that were active in that market. Michael closed this deal with a 67% LTV on a seven year fixed term.
