StackSource recently arranged a cash out refinance for a mixed use residential and commercial property located on the south side of Chicago in Evergreen Park.  The property contains two storefront retail tenants, four residential tenants and four rear storage tenants.  The sponsor is a US citizen that is currently living and working abroad and has owned the property since 2016.  StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters was able to secure a 10-year term mortgage with the first 5 years fixed at 4.75% on a 20-year amortization schedule.
