StackSource arranged cash-out refinancing for a portfolio of four quadruplexes located in Phoenix, Arizona. The international borrowers wanted to use their cash-out proceeds to acquire another multifamily property. Andrew was able to secure a loan at an LTV of 80% and for the amount of $1,728,000 at 4.625% fixed for 30 years, fully amortizing. The borrowers received approximately $1.3+ million in cash-out proceeds to realize their goal of expanding their multifamily portfolio.
