StackSource arranged financing for an Ohio based investor to acquire a 100% occupied multifamily apartment portfolio located in Northeast Ohio near Lake Erie.  The portfolio features 46 units spread across 8 buildings located in three locations in two separate cities.  The properties are a mix of townhomes and flats and feature a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom units.  Capital Advisor Chris Peters was able to secure a 75% LTV acquisition loan from a regional bank lender that offered a 5-year fixed rate at 3.52% with a 25-year amortization.
