6100 S Green Street is a 100% occupied, 6 unit apartment building located in the Englewood neighborhood on Chicago's south side.  Several units were recently updated and the sponsor plans to use property cash flow to make additional improvements over time.  StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters arranged acquisition financing at 80% of purchase price for the New York based investor that continues to build out their real estate investment portfolio in Chicago and the greater Midwest.  The loan was provided by a Chicago based bank lender that offered a 5-year fixed rate at 4% and a 25-year amortization schedule.
