The property will be comprised of three, 3-story buildings, and will be situated on a 3.09-acre site. Associate Director Jaideep Chadha secured the non-recourse senior debt for the experienced borrower with a going in rate of 10.33%, 78% LTC, and interest reserves capitalized in the loan.
