StackSource Director Jaideep Chadha recently arranged financing for the acquisition of three acres of land in Boise, Idaho.

The $2.1M financing arranged for the acquisition, represents a 53% loan-to-value of a BPO without the need for a formal appraisal. The terms included a 12% interest rate and a 6-month loan duration with no prepayment penalty or minimum interest payments.

One of the notable aspects of this deal was its rapid timeline, with a closing in just 19 days from the initial term sheet.
