StackSource recently closed a refinance loan for a Michigan based investor that had acquired a portfolio of 1-4 unit residential rental properties located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Wanting to take advantage of property value appreciation, the investor was able to pull cash out and refinance into longer term debt at an attractive fixed rate. StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters arranged financing with a private lender that offered a 30 year term loan fixed at 4.40% for the entire 30 years.
