StackSource secured an SBA 504 loan for a mental health practice located in Nashville, TN. The practice has been in operation since 2019 and currently staffs 9 therapists and nurse practitioners. Due to rapid growth, the business has outgrown their leased location and are acquiring their own office building. The property is situated in the heart of Nashville, TN and the borrower will occupy 100% of the space. Capital Advisors, Andrew Bouton and Philip Davis, worked with a UT based bank to secure an SBA 504 loan that came with a 90% LTV, 25-year amortization and a fixed rate of 3.50%. In addition to securing the senior debt on the acquisition, Andrew and Philip were able to refer the borrowers to a residential mortgage lender to refinance their primary residence and obtain the capital needed for the down payment.
