StackSource recently arranged $2,550,000 in financing for the refinance of Pacific Premier Plaza, a 21,000 square foot office building located on Fred Waring Drive across from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens in Palm Desert, CA.  The property is anchored by Pacific Premier Bank and features other tenants including insurance, financial, legal, real estate and medical companies.  Capital Advisors Chris Peters and Huber Bongolan were able to navigate the challenging office lending market and worked with a Life Insurance Company to structure a 28 year term loan (7+7+7+7), 30-year amortization with the rate fixed at 3.35% for the first 7 years.  Loan proceeds were used to refinance an existing mortgage and cover closing costs.
