5 Year Term, 25 Year Amortization, Light Industrial
StackSource recently arranged a $4.5 million senior loan for the value-add acquisition of a fully occupied, 53,000 SF, light industrial property, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Sponsor will be injecting CAPEX funding into the property in order to make improvements that include new exterior paint, new signage, parking lot and roof repairs, and other property renovations. The property has remained under the same ownership for over 20 years. Associate Director, Andrew Bouton, was able to secure this senior debt with a 5 year term based on a 25 year amortization, 18 months of interest only and a 6.75% fixed rate.
