StackSource successfully closed a non-recourse, $1,020,000 acquisition loan for a medical office in Rincon, GA.  This was the first acquisition for a newly formed syndication investment firm and we were able to arrange attractive financing from a local GA-based bank lender for this out-of-state borrower.
