St Louis Rental Portfolio
StackSource recently closed an acquisition loan for a New York based investor that purchased a residential portfolio consisting of 9 single family rental properties and 2 condo properties all located in the St. Louis area. The investor continues to build out their portfolio in the Midwest.
StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters arranged financing with a private lender at 80% of purchase price for the SFRs and 70% of purchase price for the condo units. The rate was fixed at 4.375% for the SFRs and 4.125% for the condos, both for a full 30 year term.
