The Borrower owns and manages multiple medical properties throughout the Atlanta MSA. They are currently expanding their footprint throughout the Southeast and this is their first transaction outside of GA. Capital Advisor, Andrew Bouton, located a Mississippi based bank able to provide 65% of the purchase price. The non-recourse loan came with a 3.50% fixed rate with a 5-year term based on a 25-year amortization.
