StackSource recently arranged acquisition financing for a local Vermont based investor that is expanding their investment portfolio by acquiring two 100% occupied residential investment properties in central Vermont.  The 11 total units across both properties feature seven 1-bed and four 2-bed units.  StackSource Capital Advisors Chris Peters and Freddy Johnson were able to secure an acquisition loan from a local bank lender that provided an 80% LTV loan with a 5-year fixed rate at 4.44% and a 25-year amortization.
