The buyer is a resident of Georgia with a passion for investing and managing single-family homes and duplexes. The initial quoted rate by a private debt fund was at 5%, along with a 2% origination fee. However, Capital Advisor Jaideep Chadha successfully negotiated a lower interest rate and lower origination fee, which was favorable to the buyer.
