StackSource recently arranged financing for two Oregon-based investors looking to invest in the Chicago area. Capital Advisor Freddy Johnson introduced the clients to a well-known, successful mid-market multifamily investment sales brokerage in Chicago. The investors found two stabilized multifamily assets in the trendy Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago that worked for the borrower's available capital and overall returns. Freddy secured terms at 80% LTV and 4.14% for both properties in late April, which was 50 basis points lower than all other lenders in the Chicago area. There was no possible way that these two deals would have penciled out with any other terms available in the market. The borrowers could not have been more thrilled with the terms and are excited to grow their portfolio in Chicago as well as their relationship with Freddy moving forward.
