StackSource recently closed a cash out refinance loan for a New York based investor that had acquired a portfolio of 6 residential investment condos in Wilmington, NC.  The portfolio is part of a larger 12 unit condo property and part of a larger investment portfolio the investor had acquired in 2020 and 2021.  StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters was able to navigate the portfolio of unwarrantable condos and successfully arranged financing with a private lender that was able to offer cash out up to 70% LTV and a 30-year fixed rate at 4.625%.
