Sanjum Dhaliwal

Sanjum Dhaliwal joined StackSource in 2024 with extensive experience in real estate private equity and capital markets, as well as product management and SMM. He supports the growth of the company by optimizing legal and operational efficiency, outreach efforts, and investor relations. In addition, he raises Debt & Equity and provides advisory services for real estate clients nationwide. He focuses on land, construction, bridge, and permanent financing in all product types, with a proclivity for multifamily, industrial and retail projects. Before joining StackSource, Mr Dhaliwal worked in Acquisitions and Development with California Landmark Group, one of SoCal's premier real estate developers, where he sourced and underwrote value-add deals while performing asset management for ongoing projects. He earned a double Bachelors, Economics and Political Science, from UCLA while leading a hedge fund called Bruin Capital Management. Outside of work, he enjoys weight training and playing competitive basketball, wherein he represented the Indian National Team in 2019-20. He also enjoys meditating, reading and playing chess.
