StackSource recently arranged SBA financing for expansion loans of the Guzzle Soda franchise into three new cities- Lehi, UT, Taylorsville, UT, and Van Buren, AR for a total loan amount of $2,144,000. The Utah locations were ground lease and construction, whereas the Arkansas location was land acquisition and construction. All three loans provided soft and hard costs, working capital, and FF&E. Director Mark Parada arranged the financing with a 90% LTV and a Prime + 1% rate.
